So you want to give someone a rad massage, but you don’t have a massage table, and you get tired by the 15-minute mark of giving.
Thai Massage is an incredible modality that uses gravity to HELP you give a massage- meaning it can and should be as lazy as possible- ensuring minimal effort as a giver while still giving maximal gooeyness to your receiver.
Join me for a 3-part, 2-hour Thai massage class followed by 2 hours of practice time, so you can go over what you’ve learned in class & really solidify what we did to better practice at home. (Remember- practice makes progress & develops muscle memory!)
This workshop will be offered once a month February, March & April.
Classes won’t build off of each other, so you won’t miss crucial info if you can only make it to one or two, but we will cover different parts of the body & different moves in every one to keep it fun, and there is a lil' discount if you want to attend all 3 (message me before booking).
No prior experience with massage is needed- this is for all levels, but will cater towards beginner-intermediate Thai practitioners. A partner is also not required, but you'll need to be open to touch from a VERY new friend :) The only pre-req is that you be able to get onto and off of the ground relatively easily.
